GRLA Hebrew (pronounced Gorilla/Guerrilla) is an emerging BIPOC thought leader, activist, and influencer based in Atlanta, GA. In 2012, he began building The Sicarii, an Israelite Congregation & Street Ministry in Southern California. It is now an international organization with membership in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.
He has also managed to amass a following the world over. Through his raw yet eloquent & dynamic sermons on the streets, to comprehensive classroom lectures, as well as his more casual lifestyle highlighting podcasts, he intends to cultivate positive change amongst the BIPOC community. As an activist, he is very outspoken about systemic racism and its manifold effects on Black, Latino, & Native American people, specifically in the Americas. As a thought leader, he is championed for addressing the various internal issues plaguing the BIPOC community and offering innovative solutions based on scripture.
He has received honors and awards from the likes of Sa Neter & The House of Konsciousness as well as the Black Female Advisory Board. GRLA Hebrew is also renown for his various entrepreneurial endeavors, namely his clothing line/entertainment company URBN GRLA and his musical projects. He describes himself as “a Priest of God dedicated to Blacks, Latinos & Native Americans who are God’s chosen people the direct descendants of the ancient Israelites”.

Dr. Michael Brown is a Jewish believer in Jesus and is the Founder and President of AskDrBrown Ministries. He has taught at and led several ministry schools and served as a visiting or adjunct professor at seven leading seminaries. He holds a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from New York University and has contributed scholarly articles to a number of major publications, including the Oxford Dictionary of Jewish Religion, the Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament, the New International Dictionary of Old Testament Theology and Exegesis, the Moody Handbook on Messianic Prophecy, as well as biblical and Semitics journals.
He is the bestselling author of more than forty books, including commentaries on Jeremiah and Job and the highly acclaimed five-volume series Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus.
Dr. Brown hosts the daily, syndicated talk radio show, The Line of Fire, and he is a national and international speaker on themes of spiritual revival and cultural reformation, having also written more than 2,500 op-ed pieces. He has debated Jewish rabbis, agnostic scholars, gay activists, and others on radio, TV, and college campuses, and is widely considered to be the world's foremost Messianic Jewish apologist.

Host/Co-host Introduces each debater and rules: 3 minutes
Opening statements: 35 MINUTES total, 17 each
First Rebuttals: 20 MINUTES total, 10 each
Second Rebuttals: 20 MINUTES total, 10 each
Cross-examination: 20 MINUTES total, 10 each
(questions no longer than 30 seconds, answers no longer than 2 minutes each)
Closing Statements: 5 minutes each (10 total)
Audience Q&A (read from screen, not in the room live w/a mic!): 20 minutes total Questions are asked of each of debater in an alternating fashion: one for Alhazar and one for Dr. Brown, etc. If the question is directed to Brown, he has up to 2 minutes to answer and Alhazar has up to one minute to give his response. If the question is asked of GH, then it’s the reverse. This way, questions can be divided fairly between and both get to respond. (note: the debaters agreed to extend this for two more questions)
